• Why I joined the Communist Party

  Over the decades a great more than a quarter of a million people have been members of the CP in Britain. Trade Union leaders, shop floor activists, scientists, actors, intellectuals, MPs and councillors, men and women from every conceivable background across Scotland, England and Wales have taken it upon themselves to be at the forefront of the struggle for the working class and humanity.

  Here we've collected some accounts by Communist Party members, of their experiences that ultimately lead them to become convinced of the need for a revolutionary transformation of society. If you find something that resonates with your own experience, isn't it about time you followed them and joined the fight for the future of the working class and the whole of humanity.
